上海市猪源多杀性巴氏杆菌分离鉴定及其耐药性分析
ISOLATION AND ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANCE OF PORCINE PASTEURELLA MULTOCIDA STRAINS IN SHANGHAI

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate antibiotic resistance in porcine Pasteurella multocida isolates in Shanghai and to provide information for drug use in clinical treatment. Total 20 P. multocida strains were isolated from 116 swine samples in 2014-2015. All isolates were susceptible to amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, ceftriaxone, enrofloxacin, florfenicol, azithromycin and polymyxin B. Some isolates were resistant to penicillin(65.0%), sulfamethoxazole(65.0%), ampicillin(60.0%), streptomycin(60.0%) and tetracycline (60.0%). Total 17 strains were resistant to all of 4-7 antibiotics. The results of this study suggested that antibiotic resistance in porcine P. multocida isolates in Shanghai was prevailing. Therefore, it was necessary for monitoring and prevention of P.multocid infection in pigs.关键词
