3种药物对绵羊自然感染球虫的治疗效果
EFFICACY OF THREE ANTICOCCIDIAL DRUGS AGAINST COCCIDIOSIS IN NATURALLY INFECTED SHEEP

Abstract
In order to determine whether or not coccidiostats currently available in poultry industry could be used in sheep, 3 chemotherapeutic compounds including diclazuril, sulfadimidine and clopidol were selected to test their efifcacy in treating naturally infected animals. The parameters, such as oocysts per gramme (OPG), animal cured rate, weight gain rate and added value of gain weight were measured to evaluate the efifcacy of coccidiostats. The results showed that all of these three drugs showed excellent treatment for coccida infection in adult sheep, in which of diclazuril was the best. In lamb, diclazuril and clopidol had excellent therapeutic efifcacy but sulfadimidine had little. These three drugs all had excellent therapeutic efifcacy against pathogenic Eimeria species, including Eimeria ahsata, E.bakuensis and E.ovinoidalis. During the experiment period, all treated groups of animals gained more weights and proifts than the untreated group.关键词
