新型蝙蝠流感病毒研究进展
PROGRESSES ON NOVEL BAT INFLUENZA VIRUSES
摘要
Abstract
Many hosts are susceptible to influenza A virus infection. Recently, two novel subtypes of influenza A viruses have been detected from bats, i.e. subtypes H17N10 and H18N11 of Bat Influenza viruses (BIVs). Compared to other influenza viruses, BIVs have unique replication features. From the analysis on virus evolution, novel influenza viruses have been circulating in bats for a long time. A previous serology has detected a highly positive ratios in different bats. As a large number of bat species circulate in mammals (about 20%), many unknown subtypes of Influenza A viruses might replicate in bats. If these viruses have a potential to spread from bats to humans or other animals, the signiifcance of public health will stand out as a big problem.关键词
