摘要
Abstract
Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS),is a multimodal perioperative care pathway, based on evidence-based medicine and designed to achieve early recovery for patients undergoing major surgery. Although ERAS is gradually stressed and valued in China,its practice is confronted with many challenges. Making those international ERAS guidelines adapted to China,producing domestic evidence for the Chinese ERAS Consensus, achieving the seamless connection and cooperation among different professionals and building up a safe perioperative ERAS protocol are major concerns need to be addressed. Working together with surgeons,anesthesiologists are called to update their professional roles, standardize practice principles, strengthen professional communication and construct a safe,efficient and hospital-based ERAS system.关键词
