完善城镇职工医疗保险个人账户功能的探索与思考
Practice and consideration on improving individual medical savings account for urban employees
摘要
Abstract
Individual medical savings account for urban employees played an important role in alleviating resistance of reform in the founding of Chinese medical insurance system. However,with the advancing of medical and health system reform,the disadvantages of individual medical savings account have gradually appeared. The article elaborated the background and function of individual medical savings account,analyzed the problems during implementation,conducted a risk assessment for the cancellation of individual medical savings account,and put forward policy suggestions on the improvement of individual medical savings account for urban employees on the basis of national practical experience.关键词
