山东某市城镇居民医保和新农合整合背景下基金风险分析
Analysis on fund risk under the background of the integration of Urban Residents’ Basic Medical Insurance and New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme
摘要
Abstract
A city in Shandong established the residents’ basic medical insurance system based on institutional integration. The support capability has been further improved,while the pressure of fund spending is increased. Managing and controlling the risk of overspending of the fund have become the key points in promoting residents’ basic medical insurance. This article comprehensively analyzed the fund risk of the new rural cooperative medical care. In depth study was carried out on the form,source and prevention methods of fund risk,and policy suggestions for perfecting the residents’ basic medical insurance system were put forward.关键词
