Abstract
Objective:To explore the equity of health human resource allocation in village clinics since new healthcare reform,and to provide reference for the rational allocation on health human resources in rural areas.Methods:The Gini coefficient and Theil index were used to evaluate the equity of health human resource allocation among village clinics from 2009 to 2014.Results:Gini coefficient of health human resource among village clinics according to the population distribution was between 0.1 and 0.5. The total Theil index of health human resource allocation was between 0.008 5 and 0.024 6,with inter-regional Theil index greater than that between regions.Conclusion:The equity of health human resources among village clinics based on population distribution is acceptable. The internal inequity among different areas is the main reason for the inequity of health human resource allocation in village clinics in China.关键词
