摘要

Abstract

This research project aims to explore the mechanism of performance assessment and salary determination for the full-time researchers at the center laboratory of a public hospital. The appraisal process is expected to be fair and reasonable for performance assessment,which will help to attract top talents,increase employee morale,and maintain a stable research team,all of which are essential for the laboratory to promote the latest medical research at the hospital and to keep the competitive advantage at the forefront of medical research advances.
