Abstract
Objective To discuss the feasibility of cerebral volume perfusion computed tomography angiog-raphy (VPCTA) with dual-source CT for detection of vascular stenosis. Methods The VPCTA and regular CTA images of 36 patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease were retrospectively analyzed. The quality and effect of the two methods in diagnosis of vascular stenosis were compared. Results The mean image quality score of the conventional CTA was higher than that of VPCTA, but there was no significant difference (Z = -0.654, =0.513). The two methods were consistent in evaluating the degree of stenosis (Kappa = 0.888 >0.75, <0.01). Conclusions VPCTA can replace conventional CTA for detection of intracranial vascular steno-sis in patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease.关键词
