Abstract
Objective To discuss expression of knee joint synovial genes in knee osteoarthritis (KOA) and the significance so as to provide scientific basis for diagnosis, treatment and research of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Fresh synovial tissue was collected from 70 orthopedic patients in a hospital. Trizol method was used to extract total RNA in the synovial tissue. The Applied Biosystems retrovirus kit was used to synthesize the first chain of cDNA through reverse transcription. The expression of gene in osteoarthritic knee synovium was detected by RT-PCR. Results gene expression in osteoarthritic knee synovial tissue obviously decreased ( < 0.01). Conclusions expression in the osteoarthritic knee synovial tissue obviously decreases and is positively correlated with the progression of KOA. Therefore, it provides available information for the detection and treatment of KOA.关键词
