白内障手术中晶状体后囊膜破裂的相关因素研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the factors related to rupture of posterior capsule of the lens during cataract surgery. Methods This study selected 36 patients (37 eyes) with posterior capsule rupture of the lens during cataract surgery treated in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2015. In accordance with the ratio of 1: 4, 144 cases of unruptured posterior capsule (147 eyes) were selected, Visual acuity was compared between the two groups of patients, and the relevant factors of posterior capsular rupture were analyzed. Results In the rupture group, 1 case had visual acuity<0.1, 5 cases had visual acuity of 0.1-0.3, 19 cases had visual acuity of 0.4-0.8, 12 cases had visual acuity≥0.9. In the unruptured group, 1 case had visual acuity<0.1, 7 cases had visual acuity of 0.1-0.3, 68 cases had visual acuity of 0.4-0.8, 71 cases had visual acuity ≥0.9. There were significant differences in Emery nuclear grade, preoperative visual acuity, hypertension, intraocular lens implantation and vitreous hemorrhage between the two groups ( < 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative visual acuity and vitreous hemorrhage were the independent risk factors for posterior capsule rupture of the lens during cataract surgery ( < 0.05). Conclusions Posterior capsule rupture of the lens during cataract surgery can reduce visual acuity. Preoperative visual acuity and vitreous hemorrhage are the independent risk factors for posterior capsule rupture of the lens.关键词
