贵州地方黄牛不同组织中PPARγ基因表达水平研究
The Expression Level of PPARγGene in Different Tissues of Guizhou Cattle Resouces

Abstract
The objective of this study was to investigate the expression level of PPARγ gene mRNA in different tissues from Weining cattle,Sinan cattle,Guanling cattle and Liping cattle in Guizhou province.Total RNA was extracted from the heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,adipose and longissimus dorsi of the cattle resources.Primers of PPARγgene were designed.The devel-opmental changes of PPARγgene mRNA relative expression in different tissues from 4 kinds of cattle breeds were detected by Real-time PCR,taking GAPDH gene as the internal reference. The results showed that PPARγgene was expressed in all tissues.The mRNA expression in adi-pose tissue was extremely significantly higher than that in other tissues (P <0.01),with a higher expression in the spleen and lung as well,while a lower expression in the kidney,liver,heart and longissimus dorsi.The expression of PPARγgene in the different cattle resouces was different in partial tissues.The results suggested that PPARγgene mRNA expression existed differences in the tissues,which might be due to its function in different tissues,but different cattle resouces did not basically influence the PPARγgene mRNA expression.关键词
