猪脑死亡对血清ET-1及TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6表达影响的初步研究
Preliminary Study of Effect of Brain Death on Serum ET-1,TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 Expression in Pigs

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of brain dead induced by “progressive” intracranial compression on the expression of ET-1,TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 in serum.Method:Twelve male Landraces were randomly assigned into two groups,the control group:intracranial pressure probe and a fogarty catheter were placed intracranially,but without compression.And the brain-dead group:intracranial pressure probe and a fogarty catheter were placed intracranially,according to the relationship between intracranial pressure and mean arterial pressure,adjust the intensity of intracranial compression to establish the brain death model,and through the respiration and circulation to maintain brain death status 12 h.The serum levels of ET-1,TNF-α,IL-1β, IL-6 were detected by radioimmunological analyzer.Result:The serum level of ET-1 in the brain death group was gradually increased from the beginning of brain death,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 increased from 6 h after brain death,and the above factors were significantly different compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The results of this experiment show that in brain death TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and other cytokines increased relatively slow,but ET-1 levels changes earlier with high sensitivity,which may be related to as proinflammatory mediators.关键词
