醒脾养儿颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿肠炎的临床疗效观察及外周血WBC水平变化
Clinical Effect of Xingpi Yanger Granule Combined with Zinc Gluconate for Treatment of Children with Enteritis and Its Changes of Peripheral Blood WBC Levels

Abstract
Objective:To probe into and analyze the effects and changes of peripheral blood WBC levels of Xingpi Yanger Granule combined with Zinc Gluconate for treatment of children with enteritis.Method:A total of 108 cases of children with enteritis and who accepted treatments in our hospital from December 2013 to February 2016 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the combined group(n=54) and the contrast group(n=54). The combined group was given Xingpi Yanger Granule combined with Zinc Gluconate for treatment,while the contrast group was given Montmorillonite Powder combined with Amoxicillin treatment.Then,the effect and changes of peripheral blood WBC levels in the peripheral blood of two groups were compared.Result:The antiemetic time, antidiarrheal time,correct dehydration time and average hospitalization time of the combined group were earlier than those of the contrast group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in WBC level between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and after the treatment there was significant difference(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the peripheral blood WBC level between two group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in two groups during and after the treatment.Conclusion:Xingpi Yanger Granule combined with Zinc Gluconate for treatment of children with enteritis has a very obvious treatment effect,and can quickly eliminate the bad symptoms,help the children as early as possible to restore health.关键词
