耳穴埋豆加穴位按摩治疗中风后便秘的护理研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:In order to improve the effect of patients with constipation after stroke,to explore the value and significance of auricular beans and acupoint massage in the treatment of discussion and study in the course of treatment.Method:According to the principle of random from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital for treatment of patients with constipation after stroke,60 cases were selected as the research objects and the method of coin toss was divided into the control group and the experimental group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional medicine,and the experimental group was given auricular beans plus acupoint massage therapy,the effects of two groups were compared.Result:The effects of two groups were improved,the total effective rate and clinical symptom score of the experimental group improved more dominant, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Constipation after stroke treated with auricular beans plus acupoint massage therapy,helps to improve the quality of life,prevent and reduce the incidence of all kinds of adverse events,significant effect,it is worth of promoting.关键词
