Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in respiratory function exercise after esophageal cancer operation.Method:A total of 64 esophageal cancer patients in our hospital from October 2013 to December 2015 were selected.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into the study group and the control group,32 cases in each group.Blood oxygen saturation,respiratory rate,heart rate,pulmonary function and quality of life scores of two groups before and after nursing care,and the incidence rate of complications of two groups were statistically analyzed.Result:Before nursing,blood oxygen saturation, respiratory rate,heart rate,forced expiratory volume in the first second,maximal voluntary ventilation,vital capacity,quality of life score of two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),after nursing intervention,indexes of two groups were changed,and the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications of the study group(21.88%) was higher than that of the control group(46.88%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway for patients with esophageal cancer can effectively improve the respiratory function,maintain the heart rate and so on at a stable level,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life.关键词
