2型糖尿病患者血清BGP水平与糖尿病肾病的相关性研究
Relationship between Levels of Serum BGP and Diabetic Nephropathy in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between levels of serum BGP and diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital were enrolled in the group.According to 24 hour urinary albumin excretion rate,all patients were divided into three groups:nodiabetic nephropathy group(NA group,UAER<30 μg/min),early-stagediabetic nephropathy group(MA group,UAER 30-200 μg/min),and clinical diabetic nephropathy group(ODN group,UAER>200 μg/min).Healthy control group of age and gender matched 40 cases(NC group) was choosed.Compare the different indicators' detection rate of renal dysfunction at different levelsof proteinuria.Analyze The correlation between BGP and fasting blood sugar,HbA1c,lipid profile,blood pressure,body mass were analyzed.By Spearman correlation analysis,explored the relationship between BGP and renal function.Result:The levels of serum BGP with type 2 diabetes were significantly lower than those of NC group(P<0.05).BGP had a good negative correlation compare with UAER(r=-0.589,P<0.05).Conclusion:BGP plays an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy,and it is closely related to the phases of diabetic nephropathy.关键词
