摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the two amblyopic eye retinal function before and after treatment were compared separately by the multifocal ERG method, to investigate the function of two amblyopic eye retina,and to provide an objective examination sensitive indicators for clinical amblyopia treatment.Method:A total of 30 cases of strabismus amblyopia(30 eyes) and anisometropia amblyopia 30 cases(30 eyes) were diagnosed in our hospital,our hospital diagnosed the use of multifocal ERG detected 60 cases of children with amblyopia. Before and after treatment of amblyopia, mfERG peak amplitude density of two different amblyopia were compared.Result:Strabismus amblyopia mfERG first peak amplitude of the second ring density differences were statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05),the third ring to the first peak amplitude of the density of the rings was no significant difference(P>0.05).Anisometropia amblyopia mfERG fifth peak amplitude of the density difference between the second ring was statistically significant(P<0.05),the third ring and fifth peak amplitude density was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The peak amplitude of each ring density difference between two different types of strabismus before and after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:There is a distinct characteristic changes in macular function before and after treatment in children with anisometropia amblyopia and strabismus amblyopia.Amblyopic eye macular function has no significant difference in two different types of abnormalities.关键词
