抗胶质瘤Ⅰ号方对脑胶质瘤细胞侵袭性的影响
The Effect of Resistance to GliomaⅠPrescriptions on the Invasion of Glioma Cells

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Resistance to GliomaⅠPrescriptions on reducing the invasiveness of glioma cells,and the relationship between Resistance to GliomaⅠPrescriptions and PI3K/PKB signal transduction pathway.Method:MTT method was used to detect cell inhibition rate of C6 glioma cells which was treated by the Resistance to GliomaⅠPrescriptions,the expression level of PI3K and PKB in tumor cells was detected by Western blot,in the end,the number of glioma cells in Transwell was detected by crystal violet staining method.Result:Resistance to GliomaⅠPrescriptions can inhibit PI3K and PKB protein expression level, the expression level of PI3K protein was the lowest(25.1±3.1)when the effect of Resistance to GliomaⅠwas 0.5 h,and the lowest level of PKB protein expression was(25.1±3.8)at the effect of Resistance to gliomaⅠwas 1 h,compared with the control group(99.1±1.6),(91.2±3.5),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).While the largest inhibition rate appear at 3 h after Resistance to GliomaⅠPrescriptions,inhibition rate was(91.2±5.7)%,compared with(68.0±5.2)%in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).At the same time,the glioma cell number on transwell chamber surface was the least(1.4±0.4) ×106,compared with(35.6±2.7)×106 in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Resistance to GliomaⅠPrescriptions may is through the inhibition of PI3K/PKB signal transduction pathway and inhibit the proliferation of glioma cells,thereby reducing the invasiveness of glioma cells.关键词
