联合应用Wee1抑制剂和阿霉素对急性白血病细胞株HL-60作用的研究
The Effect of Wee1 Inhibitor Combined with Adriamycin on HL-60 in Acute Leukemia Cell Line

Abstract
Objective:Through the combined use of PD0166285 and adriamycin,to observe its effect on acute leukemia cells HL-60,and to explore its possible mechanism.Method:MTT method was used to detect the inhibitory effect of drugs on the growth of HL-60,flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis,Western bolt was used to detect the expression of apoptosis related protein caspase-3 and PARP.Result:The inhibitory effect and apoptosis of PD0166285 combined with adriamycin on HL-60 cells was significantly enhanced,and the shear of apoptosis related protein caspase-3 and PARP increased.Conclusion:PD0166285 can enhance the growth inhibition and apoptosis of HL-60 cells,which may play a role in caspase dependent apoptosis pathway.关键词
