高通量透析联合血液灌流对尿毒症患者不宁腿综合征的疗效观察
The Efficacy Observation of High Flux Dialysis Combined with Hemoperfusion on Restless Legs ;Syndrome in Uremic Patients

Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of routine hemodialysis,high flux dialysis and high flux dialysis combined with hemoperfusion on the treatment of restless legs syndrome(RLS).Method:According to the ballot method,30 cases were randomly divided into three groups,A group used conventional hemodialysis, B group used high flux dialysis,C group used high flux dialysis combined with hemoperfusion,10 cases in each group,the course of treatment were 3 months.Before and after treatment,the three groups of patients with parathyroid hormone(iPTH),β2-microspheres(β2-MG)and restless legs syndrome score were detected and compared.Result:Before treatment,the three groups of patients with iPTH,β2-MG and RLS score comparison,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the RLS score of A group was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the RLS score,iPTH,β2-MG of B group and C group were significantly reduced,compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The iPTH,β2-MG,RLS score in the C group decreased significantly,the second was B group,A group was the lowest,there were statistically significant differences between the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional hemodialysis and high flux dialysis, high flux dialysis combined with hemoperfusion on RLS symptoms and quality of life in patients with uremia hemodialysis is more significant,and the clinical application value is greater.关键词
