阿托伐他汀联合降压药对高血压患者颈动脉内中膜厚度和斑块的影响
The Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Antihypertensive Treatment on Carotid Intima-media ;Thickness and Plaque with Hypertension

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Atorvastatin combined antihypertensive drugs on carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)in patients with essential hypertension and plaque.Method:68 cases of primary hypertension combined with IMT≥0.9 mm in our hospital from March 2013 to September 2014 were selected, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,34 cases in each group.All patients were treated with antihypertensive regimen,the observation group was treated with Atorvastatin 20 mg/d on the basis of the above,and the treatment cycle was 18 months.All patients were examined by doppler ultrasonography in pretherapy and post-treatment for carotid IMT and plaque changes,and the changes of blood lipid before and after treatment were checked.Result:After treatment,serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)compared with before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),TC,LDL-C levels in observation group were significantly decreased than before treatment,and were lower than those in control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and TG,HDL-C level change were not obvious,compared with before treatment and control group after treatment,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05). In the control group,the length and thickness of IMT were slightly decreased,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),IMT,plaque length and thickness in observation group were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and were less than those in control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with antihypertensive drugs can reduce blood lipids in patients with hypertension,stable plaque and make it shrink,reduce the thickness of IMT,improve the role of atherosclerosis,beneficial to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications.关键词
