Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical application value of quantitative detection the HPV E6/E7 mRNA in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Method:In 69 cases of TCT examination results for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,use of HPV E6/E7 mRNA detection technology for the infection of HPV virus in the cancer gene fragment E6,E7 transcription to make quantitative detection.Result:>ASC-H group HPV E6/E7 mRNA transcription positive rate(60.6%)was higher than the≤ASC-H group(33.3%),>ASC-H group HPV E6/E7 mRNA transcription number (18 285.42±1487.71)was higher than the≤ASC-H group(2668.43±681.39),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Cervical cytological examination for cervical cancer HPV E6/E7 mRNA transcription number was significantly higher than other types,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is closely related to the E6/E7 mRNA transcription,that is,and that means the HPV E6/E7 mRNA transcription affect the the progression of lesions and malignant transformation of cells, quantitative detection the HPV E6/E7 mRNA has potential clinical application value in the screening of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.关键词
