中西医结合治疗方案对肺结核肺阴虚证患者生活质量的影响

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment program on the quality of life of newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis patients with pulmonary yin deficiency,and to provide scientific basis for improving the quality of life of tuberculosis patients and the prevention and cure of tuberculosis.Method:A randomized parallel clinical trial was conducted in which 693 newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis patients with pulmonary yin deficiency syndrome were divided into experimental group (338 cases)and control group(355 cases).The patients in both groups were treated with the same chemotherapy regimen.The experimental group was served Ziyin Runfei Particles,2 times a day,a course of 6 months.The change of total score of quality of life of SF-36 was observed and compared.Result:The results of FAS showed that there was no significant difference in the total score of life quality between the two groups(P>0.05).After two months and six months of treatment,the total scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the experimental group than those in control group(P=0.005,P<0.001).The results of PPS analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the total score of life quality between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After two months and six months of treatment,the total scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group than those in control group(P=0.007,P<0.001). Conclusion:Integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment program can significantly improve the quality of life of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with pulmonary yin deficiency syndrome.关键词
