3C方案用于糖尿病患者围手术期的疗效观察
The Effect Observation of 3C Therapy for Patients with Diabetes Mellitus during Perioperative ;Period

Abstract
Objective:To use the 3C therapy of real-time dynamic insulin pump system treatment of perioperative patients with diabetes,to observe the curative effect,improve diabetes perioperative blood glucose comprehensive management level.Method:120 patients with diabetes in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected,according to different insulin injections,they were randomly divided into 3C group (used real-time dynamic insulin pump system),single C group(used insulin pump therapy)and subcutaneous injection group(used multiple subcutaneous insulin injection),40 cases in each group,the effects of three groups of treatment on the perioperative clinical indicators of patients with diabetes mellitus were observed. Result:After treatment,the FPG,2 h PG of 3C group,were better than the single C group and subcutaneous injection group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the 3C group was 0,the the blood glucose below 3.9 mmol/L AUC in single C group and subcutaneous injection group compared with 3C group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose standards time,hospitalization time in 3C group were shorter than those in single C group and subcutaneous injection group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of wound infection in group 3C was 0,compared with those in single C group and subcutaneous injection group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of 3C therapy on perioperative blood glucose in diabetic patients is better,less hypoglycemia,suitable for clinical application.关键词
