Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of QCC management in the management of surgical instrument package,improve the quality of nursing management in hospital,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.Method:QCC management group was established,QCC management method related knowledge learning plan was formulated,the theme of this activity was selected,the existing problems were investigated,summarized and analyzed,and the causes of the problems existed in the management of surgical instrument package were summarized,made a series of corresponding countermeasures and implement,carried on the continuous quality improvement to the surgical instruments package management.The problems in the management of surgical instrument package before and after the implementation of the QCC management method and the satisfaction of the surgeon to the disinfection and supply center were analyzed and compared.The number of nurses in the operation room to supplement the instrument and equipment in two groups compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Result:After the implementation of the QCC management method,there were 23 cases of defects of surgical instrument packages,51 cases of defects in the traditional management method,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),in equipment package equipment list has not been updated and kit signature illegible of the two groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).In the traditional management method,the surgeon's satisfaction to the disinfection supply center was 88.00%,which was significantly lower than 99.00%of the QCC management method after the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:QCC management method can effectively improve the quality of surgical instrument package management,surgical instruments significantly reduce the man-made wear and tear and reduce the consumption of medical resources,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
