生长激素激发试验静脉留置穿刺采血方法的研究与分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and discuss the method and clinical effect of vein puncture with improved growth hormone provocation test.Method:72 children with short stature in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into the improvement group and the control group,each of 36 cases.The improvement group used improved growth hormone provocation test venous indwelling puncture blood collection method,the control group used conventional blood collection method,the effects of two groups of patients were observe and compare.Result:The pain,satisfaction and puncture success rate of the improvement group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of the implementation of the growth hormone stimulation test,needle puncture method improved venous indwelling time,can effectively improve the success rate of vein puncture,to ensure that the test can be completed smoothly, to alleviate the suffering of patients and improve the quality of life of patients with a vital role.关键词
