摘要
Abstract
With the widespread occurrence of knee osteoarthritis,knee replacement surgery has become the treatment of an advanced knee osteoarthritis effective treatment.The common complications after surgery is knee dysfunction,will directly affect the quality of life of patients.Although the surgical technique and implant design has done a lot to improve,but still can not guarantee postoperative range of motion to achieve satisfactory results.After the clinical observation and comparison,it is found that there are many factors that affect the postoperative joint functional activities,surgery is only to provide the conditions improved patient function,functional recovery can be a direct reflection of the success of the surgery.To restore the function of the knee joint,must be comprehensive intervention in the treatment of the whole,through continuous improvement and effective rehabilitation therapy guidance can be achieved.In this paper,the factors that affect the recovery of knee joint function after TKA are reviewed briefly.关键词
