Exploration and practice of integrating inter-professional education into resident standardized training
摘要
Abstract
Inter-professional education (IPE)is an education process in which two or more than two professions learn from each other to improve collaboration and medical service quality.In the process of advancing the National Resident Standardized Training in China,professional technology and clinical decision making are the key to the training. Our affiliated hospital integrated IPE into resident standardized training,which has effectively improved the residents'comprehensive competency and at the same time raised some thinking on the future training mode.关键词
