Abstract
From the view of the concept and construction ideas of medical talents training reform, the paper takes Guangxi Medical University as an example to point out that the ideas of medical education reform should be constructed based on educational rules and reality in medical talents training.It also discusses that the reform should be constructed based on the ideas of talents training and the university's actuality,upon which it clarifies the ideas for reforming talents training.关键词
