摘要
Abstract
The paper first introduces the relationship between nursing high-simulation equipment management and scenario simulation teaching as well as their characteristics.Then it discusses compre-hensive design of the environment and conditions for high-simulation equipment use,creation of learning environment that is highly similar to clinical nursing work environment,comprehensive construction of soft cultural environment that highly simulates clinical nursing,change of philosophy of high-simulation equip-ment management,and perfection of the scientific and reasonable rules and regulations so as to achieve the objectives of scenario simulation teaching:acquisition of knowledge,capacity improvement and emo-tional experience.关键词
