A survey on the satisfaction of standardized training content by residents of different clinical specialties
摘要
Abstract
Standardized training system for clinical residents is being gradually implemented and improved in our country.However,compared with more mature international medical education,it is still in its infancy.This paper aims to understand the current situation of the satisfaction of standardized training content by clinical residents in different clinical specialties so as to establish a standardized resident training mode suitable for the present stage in China and provide evidence and reference for establishing a scientific and practical training system.关键词
