四川省中老年人群糖尿病患病率及相关因素分析
Analysis of prevalence and related risk factors of diabetes in elderly population in Sichuan province

Abstract
Objective To study the prevalence, treatment and related risk factors of diabetes in Sichuan province, to investigate the risk factors of diabetes mellitus and provide reference for the three level prevention of diabetes mellitus. Method Non-communicable diseases surveillance data in 2013 was used to analyze the prevalence, awareness and treatment of diabetes in Sichuan, compared behavioral risk factors between diabetes patients and other population. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the risk factors on diabetes. Result The prevalence rate of diabetes was 15.4%in elderly population, and awareness rate, treatment rate were 40.9% and 40.4%, respectively. The prevalence rate, awareness rate and control rate appeared in the older age groups, high education level group, non-farming population group, and population with hypertension or dyslipidemia, were higher than that in the other groups. The population who know about their diabetes still lived with high risk factors. Factors as older age, marital status, overweight or obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia were the risk factors of diabetes. Conclusion The prevalencerate of diabetes is high, and awareness and treatment rates of diabetes were lower in elderly population. Programs on health education should be strengthened in all the population with contents focusing on healthy lifestyle. Special attention should be paid on the treatment and control of diabetes in the elderly population. Patients with diabetes should follow the standardized management programs.关键词
