DKK1在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及对预后的影响
Expression of DKK1 in non-small cell lung cancer and its inlfuence on prognosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of secreted protein DKK1 (Dickkopf-1) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its effect on prognosis. Method From March 2009 to March 2012 in our hospital surgical resection by pathology and immunohistochemistry confirmed 138 cases of NSCLC tissues, 78 cases of non tumor lung resection tissues, the expression of DKK1 was detected by immunohistochemistry method, analyzed the correlation with clinical pathological characteristics, and the overall survival and disease-free survival of patients with NSCLC were observed by telephone or visit. Result In 138 cases of NSCLC tissues, the positive rate of DKK1 was 58.70%(81/138);in 78 cases of lung tissues of non non neoplastic diseases, the positive rate of DKK1 was 33.33%(26/78), the expression of DKK1 in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in lung tissues of non neoplastic diseases (P<0.01);the expression of DKK1 was related to the pathological grading, lymphatic metastasis, TNM stage, distant metastasis and vascular invasion of NSCLC (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Survival analysis was performed on 81 cases with DKK1 positive and 57 cases with DKK1 negative, the overall survival time of patients with DKK1 positive expression was 3 ~ 42 months, median overall survival time was 12.8 months; the overall survival time of patients with DKK1 negative expression was 4~58 months, median overall survival time was 16.8 months;there was significant difference in the overall survival time of the two groups (P<0.01). The disease-free survival time of patients with DKK1 positive expression was 2 ~ 16 months, median disease-free survival time was 4.0 months;the disease-free survival time of patients with DKK1 negative expression was 2~27 months, median disease-free survival time was 6.9 months;there was no significant difference in disease-free survival between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The expression of DKK1 is increased in patients with NSCLC, and DKK1 may be a potential biomarker for diagnosis of NSCLC invasion, metastasis and prognosis.关键词
