同步放化疗对宫颈癌患者生存质量的影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective:To study the relative factors affecting on the quality of life for patients with cervical cancer and undergone concurrent chemo-radiotherapy.Methods:150 patients with cervical cancer and undergone concurrent chemo-radiotherapy were chosen to investigate the quality of life by quality questionnaire table of life (QLQ-C30 EORTC), which was formulated by the European Cancer Research Institute. The investigate content mainly included education level, economic level, therapy method and clinical stages and so on.Results: the higher education level, economic income and the earlier clinical stage can lead to higher the quality of life, and this difference is significant (P<0.05). And the quality of life was better than conventional radiotherapy if patients emphasized radiotherapy, the difference also is significant (t=0.452,P<0.05).Conclusion: patients can got more prevention and treatment knowledge about cervical cancer and easier get cure if their education level are higher. The proportion of emphasized radiation therapy is higher if patients were higher economic income; and the difference of economic income directly lead to the nutritional level of patients; and all of these factors can affect the quality of life. The range and dose of radiotherapy and chemotherapy times would decrease if patients were in early clinical stage, and this will reduce relative adverse reactions.关键词
