健肾汤治疗卵巢储备功能下降的临床研究
Clinical study of JanShen decoction in the treatment of decreasing ovarian reservation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the curative effect of JanShen decoction and Kuntai capsule in the treatment of decreasing ovarian reservation(DOR),and explore a more effective therapy for this kind of disease. Methods 60 confirmed cases form July 2015 to May 2016 in Our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The total effect and the Chinese symptoms of the two groups were analyzed.The change of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2) in two groups were also observed and compared. Results The level of FSH,LH were significantly declined after treatment in both groups (P<0.01),and the level of E2 were increased after treatment in both groups(P<0.01),the decline of FSH in JanShen decoction group was more significantly than control group(P<0.05),but the variation of LH and E2 were no significantly differences compared to the control group(P > 0.05).The curative effect of traditional Chinese result the total effective rate of JanShen decoction(93.3%) was statistically higher than that in control group(76.7%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion JanShen decoction had a better traditional chinese curative effect than Kuntai capsule which is a clinical recognized effective drug in the treatment of DOR,and it also had a better effect in the decline of FSH than Kuntai capsule,therefore it had a very good curative effect in the treatment of DOR,and worth of a further studying and extending.关键词
