4种药用植物内生放线菌的分离与初步研究
Separation of four kinds of medicinal plant endophytic actinomycetes

Abstract
Objective To separate and explore the endophytic actinomycetes of medicinal plants with antibacterial activity. Methods Gao 1 medium was used to directly selected the medicinal plant endophytic actinomycetes. Filter paper diffusion method was used to evaluate the antimicrobial activity of isolated strains.It was identified by morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics. Results A total of 63 strains of endophytic actinomycetes were isolated.There were 17 strains with selective antibacterial activity on staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus epidermidis,bacillus subtilis,escherichia coli,pseudomonas aeruginosa etc.Among them, the antibacterial spectrum of Y6 strain was broad,and it had strong antibacterial effect. Preliminary identification showed that the Y6 strain was a member of the genus Streptomyces. Conclusion The inhibitory effect of Y6 on Staphylococcus aureus is better.关键词
