Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of spleen decoction combined with Zhenwu decoction in treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children. Methods 50 cases of children with nephrotic syndrome cured in our hospital from January 2011 to Auguest 2015 were selected as the study objects. According to the random digital table method, they were divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases in each. Childeren in control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and children in observation group were treated with spleen decoction combined with Zhenwu decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine. Biochemical changes, infection and relapse after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The levels of cholesterol, triglyceride, albumin and urinary protein in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, compared with before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05). The incidence of infection in control group was significantly higher than that in observation group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate in control group was also higher than that in observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of spleen decoction combined with Zhenwu decoction in treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children is good. It can effectively reduce the adverse reactions in the course of treatment, and reduce the recurrence. It has a high clinical value.关键词
