足三里穴位注射异丙嗪治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后顽固性呕吐的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of zusanli acupoint injection of promethazine in treatment of refractory vomiting after chemotherapy for malignant tumor. Methods 76 cases of cancer chemotherapy patients cured in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the study objects. During chemotherapy, all the patients were treated with intramuscular injection of methylene chloride to prevent vomiting, but there was still stubborn vomiting. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 38 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with intravenous infusion of methylene chloride for patients with intractable vomiting. Patients in observation group were treated with zusanli acupoint injection of promethazine for patients with intractable vomiting. Total effective rate, complication rate and GQOLI score after the treatment of the two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate of observation group was 97.37%, which was significantly higher than that of control group. In GQLI scores, the physical function score, physical function score, psychological function score and social function score of observation group were significantly higher than those fo control group(P<0.05). Complication rates of the observation group and control group were 5.26%and 7.89%respectively, and the difference was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion For patients with intractable vomiting after cancer chemotherapy, Zusanli injection of promethazine can significantly improve the treatment of patients with total efficiency and quality of life, and will not significantly increase its complications.关键词
