Abstract
Objective The first episode of depression were treated with sertraline hydrochloride and venlafaxine hydrochloride respectively. The curative effect and adverse reactions of the two drugs were compared. Methods 62 cases of patients with first episode depression cured in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the study objects. According to the different therapeutic drugs, they were divided into two groups. Patients in control group (31 cases) were treated with sertraline hydrochloride, and patients in observation group (31 cases) were treated with venlafaxine hydrochloride. Adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period and the effect of treatment of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 93.55%. After 1 weeks of treatment, the HAMD score was (19.66±1.44) points. The incidence of adverse reactions was 19.35%. The total effective rate of control group was 83.87%. After 1 weeks of treatment, the HAMD score was (25.91±1.05) points. The incidence of adverse reactions was 22.58%. The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were not significantly different between the two groups (P>0.05). But the HAMD score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of sertraline hydrochloride and venlafaxine hydrochloride in the treatment of depression is equivalent, the adverse reactions were less, and the safety were good. But venlafaxine hydrochloride is more effective to alleviate the patients with depression, and it can be used as the preferred drug for the treatment of depression.关键词
