摘要
Abstract
Objective To probe the effect of comfortable nursing intervention on Postoperative pain and anxiety of patients with Bone surgery. Methods 120 cases of fracture admitted into our hospital from June 2015 - June 2016 were selected to be divided into two groups via lottery ,with 60 cases in each.The control group were treated conventional nursing,and the observation group strengthens received the comfortable nursing in the conventional nursing foundation.Compared the patients’pain and anxiety of two groups with the VAS and SAS. Results Observation group of patients pain relief effectiveness and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that of control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);Pain scoresd of two groups in the After the operation 1,2,3d were lower than the before nursing intervention,and Observation group significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistical significance(P < 0.05);Observation group was obviously better than the patients' anxiety score before intervention, and was superior to control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing can obviously relieve patients’pain, eliminate anxiety and improve patients satisfaction of nursing and the effect of treatment.关键词
