预防性护理干预对老年内科肾衰竭患者防治感染的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of preventive nursing intervention on infection treatment in elderly patients with renal failure. Methods 400 elderly patients with renal failure received hemodialysis were selected in Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2014 to June 2016.Patients were divide into two groups by nursing program.200 patients received routine nursing were selected as control group.200 patients received preventive nursing were selected as observation group.Quality of life was assessed by GQOL-74.Infection,treatment,life quality were compared between two groups. Results Compared with before discharge,life quality score was increased after nursing in two groups (P < 0.05).Life quality score before discharge in observation group were higher than that in control group [psychological function:(69.4±7.9) points vs (52.6±8.2) points,material life:(76.2±5.8) points vs (66.7±8.8) points, physical function:(78.1±9.4) points vs (63.5±9.1) points,social function:(70.3±7.0) points vs (55.0±6.2) points,quality of life in general:(82.5±8.9) points vs (69.1±7.3) points].Infection rate in observation group was lower than that in control group (1.5%vs 8.5%). Hospitalization time in observation group was less than that in control group(18.2±2.6vs 23.1±3.0d). Conclusion As hemodialysis in elderly patients with renal failure, preventive nursing can significantly reduce the risk of infection,and improve quality of life.关键词
