Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of personalized nursing to psychological rehabilitation in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 50 cases of patients with schizophrenia cured in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into general group and personalized group with 25 cases in each.Patients in general group were treated with general nursing intervention,and patients in personalized group were treated with personalized psychological nursing on the basis of general nursing intervention. Anxiety scale (HADS) was used to observe the scores of unhealthy psychological emotion. Results After a period of nursing intervention prognosis,the scores of social belonging,family integration,disease cognition, treatment cooperation and outlook on life in general group were lower,P<0.05. Conclusion For clinical treatment of schizophrenia patients,during the treatment of the whole process through psychological nursing interventions and personalized care,after a period of intervention treatment,their psychological bad mood improve better.关键词
