针对性心理护理在前置胎盘剖宫产术后出血的临床应用

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of targeted psychological nursing in hemorrhage after cesarean section in placenta previa. Methods 100 pregnant women with placenta previa cured in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups (n=50). Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention. Patients in observation group were treated with psychological nursing intervention. The anxiety and depression of the two groups before and after nursing were observed. The postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum hemorrhage and pain scores were statistically analyzed. Results The scores of pre - care depression and anxiety scores of the two groups were statistically significant (P>0.05), but the scores of the patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group. The differences were compared and tested, and there was a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). The postpartum hemorrhage rate of observation group was lower than that of control group, and postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage were less than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant by contrast test (P<0.05). Conclusion The timely and accurate psychological intervention in the patients with placenta previa can improve the quality of life of mothers and neonates, and promote the benign outcome of postpartum hemorrhage.It has the value of clinical nursing promotion.关键词
