Abstract
Objective To study the effect of early intervention to rehabilitation of schizophrenic inpatients. Methods 83 cases of schizophrenic inpatients cured in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2015 were randomly selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into routine nursing group of 41 cases and early intervention group of 42 cases. Patients in routine nursing group were treated with routine nursing, and patients in early intervention group were treated with early rehabilitation nursing. Schizophrenia rehabilitation effect, discharge time and hospitalization expenses, difference of clinical symptom score and treatment compliance score between patients before and after intervention of the two groups were compared. Results (1) The schizophrenia rehabilitation effect of early intervention group was higher than that of routine nursing group(P<0.05). (2) discharge time of early intervention group was earlier than that of routine nursing group, and the hospitalization costs was less(P < 0.05). (3) The scores of clinical symptoms and treatment compliance of the two groups before the intervention were similar (P > 0.05). After intervention, the early intervention group compared with the routine care group schizophrenia clinical symptoms score, treatment compliance score were improved significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion Early intervention has great effect on rehabilitation of schizophrenic inpatients. It can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients, promote the self-care ability of patients, reduce psychiatric symptoms, shorten hospitalization time, and reduce medical burden.
