Abstract
Objective To analyze and discuss the application value of T.SPOT-TB test in the diagnosis of Multi-drug Resistant Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis. Methods 71 multi-drug resistant patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected,In addition, 35 healthy persons were selected as control group. The sensitivity of the various diagnostic methods was compared. Specificity and accuracy were used as the evaluation indexes of diagnostic tests. Results the positive rate of T-SPOT.TB in the diagnosis of multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis was the highest, reaching 95.6%, which was significantly higher than other detection methods, and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). The sensitivity of acid-fast bacilli sputum smear, culture of bacteria and T-SPOT.TB testing in the diagnosis of multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were high, reached more than 90%. The specificity of T-SPOT.TB detection for the diagnosis of multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis was the highest, up to 91.9%, significantly higher than other detection methods, and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). The accuracy of T-SPOT.TB detection in the diagnosis of multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis was the highest, up to 96.2%, significantly higher than other detection methods, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with other examination methods, T.SPOT-TB test has the advantages of high specificity and high accuracy in the diagnosis of multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.
