Abstract
Objective To study the diagnostic value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound for children with acute abdomen. Methods A total of 150 children with acute abdomen cured in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled in the study. All the patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography. The diagnosis and pathology were reviewed. Diagnosis of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound detection rate was observed, and the type of disease in ultrasound images was researched. Results The detection rate of acute abdomen was high in high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography, the total disease detection rate was 88.67%, and the detection rate of each type of disease was high, among which the detection rate of acute appendicitis was 87.18%, the rate of intussusception was 96.00%, the detection rate of intestinal obstruction was 76.47%, the detection rate of mesenteric lymphadenitis was 93.10% and the rate of intestinal malrotation 72.73%. Compared with the pathological results, there was no statistical significance. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in children with acute abdomen has definite diagnosis value. The detection rate is high. It can judge the type of the disease, and it is worth popularizing in clinical diagnosis. application.关键词
