精索静脉曲张彩超检测结果对男性不育症患者的诊断作用分析

Abstract
Objective To study the value of varicocele color doppler ultrasonography(CDU) result in the diagnosis of male infertility patients. Methods From January 2015 to May 2016, 220 cases male infertility patients in our hospital accepted the diagnosis and treatment, according to different detection methods for the observation group and control group with 110 cases in each group, the control group was given adopts palpation inspection, observation group used CDU examination. Incidence compared to patients with varicocele,and compared respectively the different classification in patients with varicocele and normal physical examination of the blood vessel diameter, reflux time and blood flow velocity. Results The observation group of varicocele positive rate was 29.09%(32/110), significantly higher than that of control group 16.36%(18/110), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Observation group type of subclinical varicocele detection rate was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Clinical type blood vessel diameter, reflux time and blood flow velocity were significantly higher than that of subclinical type and normal group;Type and subclinical vascular diameter, reflux time were significantly higher than that of normal group, differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Varicocele Color Doppler ultrasonography test result has high diagnostic value in patients with male infertility, and the diagnosis of varicocele accuracy is significantly higher than clinical touch, especially the type of subclinical varicocele has extremely important diagnostic significance.关键词
