Abstract
Objective To discuss the diagnosis accuracy effect of ultrasonic testing in children with Kawasaki disease of coronary artery aneurysms. Methods 100 children with Kawasaki disease of coronary artery aneurysms were retrospectively analyzed. All children were given coronary CT angiography examination and ultrasonic testing, all children with coronary artery diameter, aortic diameter and tumors had checked out. Results Coronary CT angiography revealed a total of 9 cases of tumors, and detection rate was 18.00%. The ultrasonic testing were detected tumors had 7 cases with 14.00%detection rate, and the two were basically the same, there was no significant difference. 9 cases of children with Kawasaki disease of coronary aneurysm coronary CT angiography examination and ultrasonic testing of left and right coronary artery diameter, aortic diameter level and the ratio of the coronary arteries and aorta were basically the same. Conclusion Ultrasonic testing can effectively show children with Kawasaki disease of coronary artery diameter and detection of coronary artery aneurysms, it has good accuracy, and has the characteristics of the operation is simple, noninvasive, and it is helpful for physicians to timely diagnosis and treatment of the disease.关键词
