儿童头面部胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤的病理及预后分析

Abstract
Objective To explore children's head facial embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma analysis of the clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis. Methods Pathological section diagnosed as rhabdomyosarcoma in department of pathology of Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2008 to December 2015 were selected and invited pathology expert to read pathological sections by Fujian province tumor hospita.Children head facial leiomyosarcoma clinical pathology was analysed. Results All of 17 cases were histopathologic diagnosis of leiomyosarcoma.Embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma accounted for 82.4% (14/17).Alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma accounted for 17.6% (3/17).All of 17 specimens were checked on the immunohistochemical respectively by Desmin,Myolobin markers.The positive rate of tag:Desmin:58.8% (10/17),Myolobin:70.6%(12/17).Incidence of combined surgery,chemotherapy,radiation therapy,the comprehensive treatment were 76.5%,clinical staging for Ⅰ - Ⅱ stage were 7 cases.Followed up for 1 and 3 year survival rate was 100%(7/7) and 57.1%(4/7).Ⅲ-Ⅳ period were 10 cases.Followed up for 1 and 3 year survival rate was 80.0%(8/10) and 40% (4/10).Surgery and chemotherapy of three-year survival rate was 33.3% and 0% less than the comprehensive treatment. Conclusion Embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma of the head is a highly malignant tumor in children.In early stage,it may be misdiagnosed.Early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment can improve the survival rate.关键词
